Patch Farms

 Patch Farms was founded in 2025 by a former teacher and biologist who wanted to build something meaningful for her community. What began as a step away from the lab and classroom grew into a hands-on way of life centered around raising food with care, intention, and honesty.

Rooted in tradition, education, and real-world experience, Patch Farms focuses on heritage animals, time-honored practices, and a deep respect for the land and the animals that live on it. Over time, it has become more than just a farm—it’s a place for connection, learning, and supporting local makers.

At its heart, Patch Farms is about doing things the right way and sharing that with others.

Patch Farms offers high-quality food and meaningful farm experiences rooted in care, tradition, and community.

We raise small-batch products like heritage pork, farm-fresh eggs, and handcrafted goat milk goods, all produced with a focus on animal wellness and natural balance.

We also offer farm visits, therapeutic animal interactions, and small group events designed to reconnect people with nature, while partnering with local organizations to give back and support our community.

Every dollar spent at Patch Farms is intentionally directed back into the community—supporting local sourcing, fair partnerships, and opportunities for growth. From production to final product, we prioritize keeping resources local to maximize economic impact and community resilience.
